BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT (To Fire Aid, Hythe)
The simplest option is to get yourself to Southampton and make your way to the Southampton to Hythe Ferry at the Town Quay, however various other options are given below, times are average and do not allow for “rush hour”. A return ticket is about £7, The Hythe ferry timetable is at

BY SEA (To Fire Aid, Hythe)
Stay at Town Quay Marina and catch the Hythe Ferry each morning or stay at Hythe Marina Village and walk (14 minutes) or bus/walk (12 minutes)
BY ROAD, SO45 6HE (To Fire Aid, Hythe)
From M27 junction 2, take A326 for Fawley / Marchwood / Hythe.
After 5 miles, take left exit sign posted Hythe at roundabout into Main Road and continue into Southampton Road, passing a Shell filling station on your left hand side.
Take third left into Mousehole Lane (a short road) and at the end go left into South Street. At the junction by ‘Beyond the Fringe’ take the right turn (continuation of South Street) and then at the end, go right into Shore Road.
After half-a-mile, Hythe Marine Park is on your left (just before the 40 mile limit) and report to the security office by the barriers. Parking is free.
