Covid 19 Information

The following information is in addition to our standard Joining Instructions and is for your and our safety. Please read it now as you are required to bring some extra items with you.

If you or a member of your household feels unwell or is showing any symptoms then you MUST NOT visit our centre. We will accept Covid-19 related postponement at short notice. This varies our standard terms and conditions in your favour.

During the C-19 Pandemic we are unable to provide any refreshment or cups etc. please bring your own bottled drink(s) and or a mug and a flask of tea/coffee etc.

We are unable to lend pens/pencils and paper you must bring a pen and paper for all courses.

The use of hand sanitiser (provided by us) on entry to the building and between certain exercises is compulsory.

All students must bring a face covering/ face mask with them. While it will not be compulsory to wear it all day there are certain exercises where face coverings will be compulsory due to the distancing between students and/or the Instructor. If you prefer to wear a face covering all day you may.

If at any time one of our staff feels you are showing Covid 19 symptoms then you will be asked to leave the course and we will not be liable for a refund or to help with your expenses (such as travel).

Gift Certificates

If you have booked a gift certificate then we will be in touch with you shortly to clarify who the recipient is, when the event is and if you would like a personalised message on the gift certificate. Please be patient as this will not be an automated email so at busy times may take a few hours (or longer if you placed you booking out of business hours).
